Returns within 14 Days

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, and will refund your purchase within 3-5 business days after receiving the returned items.  In order to be accepted, returned items must be unworn and returned in the same packaging, including hangtags. All refunds are reimbursed back to the payment method that was used for the original purchase.

For orders shipped in USA, a return instruction sheet with a link to the return form are included in the parcel. The online form must be completed prior to sending the item.

Return Fees

A flat return fee is deducted from the refunded amount unless the return is due to a confirmed defect or issue attributable to Osie. The return fee for orders within USA is $10.

For returns from Europe and Asia, the fee is $100. For returns from Oceania, the fee is $100 AUD. For returns from Africa, the fee is $50 USD.

The return form must be completed online before a return label can be issued. Once the form is submitted, the customer will receive a prepaid return label via email. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund unless the item is confirmed to be defective. Osie does not refund the original shipping or any duties paid. All returned items are subject to inspection upon arrival. If an item is deemed to be worn or not in its original condition, the request for refund will be denied.
